§ 12-28-5 Members of commission.

12-28-5. Members of commission. The commission shall consist of five members who shall be chosen on the basis of experience, integrity, impartiality, and good judgment. No more than two of the members may be affiliated with the same political party. No member of the commission may be a state employee or an elected or appointed official of the state or any of its political subdivisions. No member may be a lobbyist registered pursuant to chapter 2-12.
