12-28-29. Physical democracy credits--Copies--Delivery to commission. The treasurer of a candidate committee shall make and keep copies of all physical democracy credits received. The commission shall by rule set forth the manner in which participating candidates, candidate committees and treasurers, and registered representatives may send or deliver to the commission a physical democracy credit assigned to the candidate that has been received by the foregoing.
