§ 12-28-26 Loss of status as participating candidate.
12-28-26. Loss of status as participating candidate. A candidate loses status as a participating candidate by publicly announcing withdrawal, abandoning the race, or if the commission finds sufficient material violations of election laws or Program requirements such as violation of contribution limits, or fraudulent or attempted fraudulent assignment of democracy credits.
