12-27-10. Limit on contributions to political parties--Violation as misdemeanor. No political party may accept any contribution from a person or political committee which in the aggregate from a single source exceeds five thousand dollars during any calendar year. A political party may not accept contributions from a ballot question committee. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
