§ 42-12-11 Boxing commission fund.

42-12-11. Boxing commission fund.
All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be placed in the Boxing commission fund.
that is hereby established in the state treasury. All money deposited in the fund is continuously appropriated to pay for the administration of this chapter and for the compensation and expenses of members of the South Dakota Athletic Commission.
