35-4-60. Retailers and dispensers to purchase only from wholesalers.

Except as provided by § 35-4-61, retail licensees may buy or receive alcoholic beverages only from wholesale licensees licensed under this chapter. Dispenser licensees may buy or receive alcohol only, and only from wholesale licensees or from wholesalers outside the state.
