35-2-1. Application--Verification--Eligibility to be shown.

Any application for a license provided for by this title shall be made on forms prescribed by the secretary and shall be verified by the oath of the applicant. If the applicant is not an individual, the oath of applicant shall be verified by an officer of the entity applying for the license. The application shall contain such information as the secretary requires and shall show that the applicant is eligible for the license for which application is made.
