§ 34-23A-66 Severability.
34-23A-66. Severability.
If a part of subdivision 34-23A-10.1(3), 34-23A-34(22), or 34-23A-56(4A) or § 34-23A-63 or 34-23A-64 is invalid, all valid parts that are severable from the invalid part remain in effect. If a part of subdivision 34-23A-10.1(3), 34-23A-34(22), or 34-23A-56(4A) or § 34-23A-63 or 34-23A-64 is invalid in one or more of its applications, the part remains in effect in all valid applications that are severable from the invalid applications.
