§ 23-3-7 Personnel of division--Employment by attorney general--Compensation.
23-3-7. Personnel of division--Employment by attorney general--Compensation.
The attorney general shall have authority to employ such personnel as he may require to perform the duties of the Division of Criminal Investigation. Such personnel, other than the chief agent, shall be selected from those persons so classified as eligible in pursuance to § 3-7-6, and shall be compensated for their services as provided in § 3-7-7.
