34-18A-5. Misbranding as hamburger or imitation hamburger of products not meeting specifications. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor to advertise, offer for sale, sell, or serve as hamburger or imitation hamburger any product which does not come within the definition of the terms defined in §§ 34-18A-1 and 34-18A-2.
