37-22A-5. Administration of chapter by Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing. The provisions of chapter 37-22, relating to heavy scales and defining the duties and powers of the Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing shall apply to and govern the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
