38-19-15. Labeling required for fertilizer sold in containers. Any commercial fertilizer distributed in this state in containers shall have placed on or affixed to the container a label setting forth in clearly legible and conspicuous form the following information:

(1) Net weight;

(2) Brand and grade;

(3) Guaranteed analysis;

(4) The source or sources from which the nitrogen phosphorus and potassium are derived (specialty fertilizers only); and

(5) Name and address of licensee or registrant.
