38-7A-4. Inspection of shelterbelts--Report of disqualification. Each certified shelterbelt shall be inspected by the respective conservation district once every three years or upon change of ownership to determine if the shelterbelt continues to meet the guidelines. On or before October first of each year, a conservation district shall submit a written report of those shelterbelts which no longer pass certification to the State Conservation Commission.
