36-34-13.1. Certification required for chemical dependency counselor and prevention specialist. No person may represent himself or herself as a licensed or certified chemical dependency counselor (CCDC) or certified prevention specialist unless the person is certified by the South Dakota Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals.
