9-38-20. Regulations for park board business--Contracts on behalf of city. Subject to the approval of the governing body the board shall make bylaws, rules, and regulations for the orderly transaction and conduct of its business. Subject to the approval of the governing body, the board may make and enforce contracts in the name of the city to carry out the purposes expressed in §§ 9-38-10 to 9-38-59, inclusive.
