51A-2-42. State court jurisdiction--Director as agent for service of process. Any bank holding company or corporation making an application to acquire a bank as provided in §§ 51A-2-38 to 51A-2-41, inclusive, by such action becomes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state for purposes of any proceedings which may be taken by the commission hereunder, and the bank holding company or corporation thereby designates the director as the agent for service of process in connection therewith.
