§41-22-4 Tree nursery reserve fund.

41-22-4. Tree nursery reserve fund. There is hereby established the tree nursery reserve fund for the purpose of depositing proceeds from any agreement entered into pursuant to this chapter. All funds deposited in this fund shall be invested by the state investment officer. At the end of the lease or lease-purchase agreement the balance of the fund shall revert to the state general fund.
