41-3-4.2. Wildlife mitigation condemnations to be submitted to county commissioners. The representatives of the United States shall submit any proposed proceedings to acquire land by condemnation for wildlife mitigation pursuant to P.L. 94-355 as amended to July 1, 1976, to the board of county commissioners of the county or counties in which the affected areas are located for the boards' approval prior to initiating any condemnation proceedings.
