§40-6-15 Tagging, quarantine, and slaughter of animal found infected.

40-6-15. Tagging, quarantine, and slaughter of animal found infected. If any bovine animal has reacted to a tuberculin test or has otherwise been determined to be infected with tuberculosis by the Animal Industry Board, such animal shall be tagged and branded, quarantined, and ordered slaughtered pursuant to rules promulgated by the Animal Industry Board.
