§36-4-20.13 Time for renewal--Forfeiture of resident certificate or resident training permit.

36-4-20.13. Time for renewal--Forfeiture of resident certificate or resident training permit. Failure of a person to renew the resident certificate or resident training permit on or before June thirtieth of each year constitutes a forfeiture of the resident certificate or resident training permit held by the person. However, the resident certificate or resident training permit may be renewed at the discretion of the Board of Examiners upon making application on a form approved by the board.
