34-20B-110. Measures for identification and assessment of effects of controlled substances. In connection with the research authorized by § 34-20B-93 and in furtherance of its other duties, the Department of Health is authorized to establish methods to assess accurately the effects of controlled drugs and substances and to identify and characterize controlled drugs and substances with potential for abuse.
