34-20-22. Violation or unlicensed sale of poison as misdemeanor--Each day as separate offense--Invalidation of license. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or who shall sell or keep or offer for sale without a license any poisons for sale of which license is required, shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor if such violation is not otherwise classified, and every separate sale or separate day of continuing in violation of said chapter, shall be a separate and distinct offense. Conviction hereunder shall also operate to invalidate and to cancel the license to sell poisons in the discretion of the court.
