32-12A-40. Disqualification for conviction within three-year period of two serious traffic violations. Any person is disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle for a period of not less than sixty days if convicted within a three-year period of two serious traffic violations committed while operating a commercial motor vehicle. Any person is disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle for a period of not less than sixty days if convicted within a three-year period of two serious traffic violations committed while operating a noncommercial motor vehicle and either conviction results in the revocation, cancellation, or suspension of the CDL holder's license or noncommercial driving privileges.
