32-5-55.1. Retired members of national guard--Distinctive plates. A retired member of the South Dakota National Guard with twenty years or more of creditable service is entitled to make application to the adjutant general and receive distinctive license plates as provided for in § 32-5-55, subject to the same limitations and conditions as are applicable to members of the active national guard.
