§26-4-10 Acceptance of federal child welfare funds--Availability of state and federal funds for child welfare services.

26-4-10. Acceptance of federal child welfare funds--Availability of state and federal funds for child welfare services. The state treasurer is authorized to receive from the United States government, or any agency thereof, all funds granted or allotted to the state of South Dakota under the provisions of the Federal Social Security Act, relating to child welfare services. Said funds along with such other funds as may be appropriated for such child welfare services by the State of South Dakota shall be available to the Board of Social Services for expenditure in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
