2-7-24. Preservation of recordings of legislative session by SD Public Broadcasting. If any audio or visual recordings of the legislative session, floor debates, or committee hearings made by South Dakota Public Broadcasting are broadcast over the internet, radio, or television, such recordings shall be preserved by South Dakota Public Broadcasting for not less than three years.
