§16-14-4 Annual and special meetings of conference.

16-14-4. Annual and special meetings of conference. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of South Dakota shall annually summon all the members of the Judicial Conference to attend a conference at such time and place in the State of South Dakota as he may designate and at which he, or such member as he may designate, shall preside. Special sessions of the conference may be called by the Chief Justice at such times and places as he may designate. It shall be the duty of all persons so summoned to attend such annual and special meetings.
