16-2-23. Schedule of fees paid court personnel included in budget for unified system. The annual consolidated budget for the entire Unified Judicial System provided for under S.D. Const., Art. V, § 11 shall, at the time it is submitted to the Bureau of Finance and Management pursuant to chapter 4-7, contain a schedule setting forth all fees paid directly to court employees pursuant to § 16-2-23.1 for the preceding calendar year, and expenses incurred in earning the fees. The budget report of the Governor shall contain that schedule.
