13-55A-3. Students qualified to receive grants. A leveraging educational assistance partnership grant or special leveraging educational assistance partnership grant may be awarded to any qualified resident student who is admitted and is in attendance at any eligible institution on at least a half-time basis, has established financial need and has received qualifying matching aid.
