13-43-3.3. New certificate required by school board--Expense borne by school. If at any time there is reasonable cause to believe that an employee is suffering from an illness detrimental to the health of the pupils, the school board or governing body may require a new certification of health. The expense of obtaining additional certifications of health will be borne by the school.
