13-7-29. Report to secretary of state and Legislature. Any school district conducting an election pursuant to § 13-7-28 shall provide a written report detailing the results of the election to the secretary of state and to the Legislature by September 1, 2011. The report shall include actual costs, estimated cost savings achieved as a result of the voting center approach, any challenges, problems, or benefits that resulted from using the voting center approach, and any other relevant information related to the election. (This section is repealed effective January 1, 2012 pursuant to SL 2010, ch 80, § 3.)
