13-3-88. Entrepreneurship education. The secretary of the Department of Education shall develop a framework for entrepreneurship experiences for utilization at the middle and high school levels. The framework shall include standards aimed at equipping students with the skills they need to be successful entrepreneurs and performance indicators to measure entrepreneurial success.
