12-27-23. Time for statewide ballot question committee to file campaign finance disclosure statement--Violation as misdemeanor. A campaign finance disclosure statement shall be received by the secretary of state and filed by the treasurer of any statewide ballot question committee by 5:00 p.m. on the fifth day of July during the year in which the ballot question is to be voted on complete through the month of June. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
