§1-43-5 Performance of function of abolished offices.

1-43-5. Performance of function of abolished offices. The Department of Health shall, under the direction and control of the secretary of health, perform all the functions of the following former officers:

(1) The inspector of mines;

(2) The commissioner of drugs and substances control;

(3) The Public Health Advisory Committee, which was created by chapter 34-1.
