1-26A-9. References to 1974 Administrative Rules. Any reference to the 1974 Administrative Rules of South Dakota in the South Dakota Codified Laws or in the Administrative Rules of South Dakota shall be construed to be a reference to the code of administrative laws enacted by § 1-26A-2.
