1-16G-45. Acceptance of funds from federal sources, gifts, and contributions. The Board of Economic Development may accept and expend for the purposes of §§ 1-16G-42 and 1-16G-43 any funds obtained from federal sources, gifts, contributions, or any source if such acceptance and expenditure is approved in accordance with § 4-8B-10.
