9-53-5. Plat showing district boundaries and location of hall. The governing body shall also cause to be prepared and filed with the city auditor or town clerk a plat showing the exterior boundaries of the proposed benefit district and the location of the public convention hall.Source: SL 1967, ch 230, § 4.
