Section 9-9-11 - Regular meetings of board of commissioners.
9-9-11. Regular meetings of board of commissioners. The board shall meet at least once every week, or as otherwise determined by ordinance, in regular meeting at such time as shall be fixed by the board, at the city hall or other designated place, to consider, take under advisement, and act upon such business as may come before it.Source: SDC 1939, § 45.0810; SL 1999, ch 38, § 1.
