8-9-5. Prior fire protection contracts validated. All acts prior to March 3, 1961, of organized civil townships of this state contracting with other political subdivisions or with nonprofit fire protection corporations or associations for the furnishing of fire-fighting equipment and protection for the township are hereby validated.Source: SL 1961, ch 455, § 2.
