Section 8-1-7 - Reorganization, division or merger of civil townships authorized.
8-1-7. Reorganization, division or merger of civil townships authorized. Any township may be reorganized, divided, or merged as provided in §§ 8-1-8, 8-1-9, and 8-1-10 if each resulting township contains at least five resident voters.Source: SDC 1939, § 58.0107; SL 1996, ch 58, § 2.
