Section 50-11-5 - Possession of pilot's certificate--Posting of aircraft registration certificate--Decal--Violation as misdemeanor.

50-11-5. Possession of pilot's certificate--Posting of aircraft registration certificate--Decal--Violation as misdemeanor. Any certificate required to be a pilot shall be kept in the personal possession of the pilot when operating aircraft, and the aircraft registration certificate shall at all times be conspicuously posted within the aircraft so as to be readily seen by passengers or inspectors. The secretary of transportation shall provide a decal bearing the same identification number as the registration certificate. The aircraft owner shall immediately display the decal in such a manner as to be easily visible from the right outside of the aircraft. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
