Section 50-11-26 - Exceptions to state registration requirements--Military aircraft.
50-11-26. Exceptions to state registration requirements--Military aircraft. The provisions of §§ 50-11-8 to 50-11-24, inclusive, do not apply to military aircraft and personnel of the United States government or any aircraft and personnel licensed by a foreign country with which the United States has reciprocal relations if the aircraft and personnel are not engaged in any intrastate commercial activity within this state.Source: SDC 1939, § 2.0411 (2) as enacted by SL 1949, ch 4, § 2; SL 2010, ch 227, § 82.
