Section 50-7-9 - Annual appropriations for airports--Taxation.
50-7-9. Annual appropriations for airports--Taxation. The governing body of a municipality to which this chapter is applicable having power to appropriate money therein may annually appropriate and cause to be raised by taxation in such municipality a sum sufficient to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
