Section 50-7-14.1 - Maximum liability of municipality for accidents or occurrences.
50-7-14.1. Maximum liability of municipality for accidents or occurrences. The maximum liability of any municipality operating an airport shall be five million dollars for any accident or occurrence at or in connection with the operation of such airport resulting in bodily injury or death to any person, or damage to property, or any combination thereof.Source: SL 1969, ch 189.
