50-6A-51. Disposal of airports or property by joint board--Public agency consent required--Contracts, leases, grants of operating privilege permitted without agency consent. The joint board shall not dispose of any airport, air navigation facility, or real property under its jurisdiction except with the consent of the governing bodies of its constituent public agencies, provided that the joint board may, without such consent, enter into contracts, leases, or other arrangements contemplated by §§ 50-6A-38 and 50-6A-39.Source: SL 1976, ch 303, § 28.
