50-6A-34. Public sale of bonds--Small issues excepted--Interest. Bonds issued pursuant to § 50-6A-29 shall be sold at public sale, except when such obligations do not exceed the total sum of one hundred thousand dollars, and shall bear interest.Source: SL 1976, ch 303, § 13; SL 1983, ch 28, § 64.
