50-6A-11. Addition of subdivisions to airport authority--Resolution of consent. A regional airport authority may be increased from time to time to serve one or more additional subdivisions if such additional subdivision and each of the subdivisions then included in the regional authority and the commissioners of the regional authority, respectively, adopt a resolution consenting thereto.Source: SL 1976, ch 303, § 3.
