Section 50-5-7 - Closure of unapproved facilities.
50-5-7. Closure of unapproved facilities. If the commission deems it necessary, the commission may order the closing of any airport, landing field, or order any air school, flying club, or air beacon, or other air navigation facility to cease operations until it complies with the requirements stated by the commission.Source: SDC 1939, § 2.0114; SL 2010, ch 227, § 36.
