50-3-2. Purposes of Civil Air Patrol--Cooperation with federal government. The Civil Air Patrol is hereby authorized upon the direction of the Governor, to fully cooperate with any department or agency of the State of South Dakota, or with the United States government or any department or agency thereof, for the purposes of providing communications, rescue work, mercy missions, aerial observation, or any other function within the scope of the activity of the Civil Air Patrol.Source: SL 1953, ch 342, § 2; SDC Supp 1960, § 55.11A02.
