Section 31-29-71.12 - Criteria for outdoor advertising--Zoned commercial adjacent to primary system.
31-29-71.12. Criteria for outdoor advertising--Zoned commercial adjacent to primary system. Any zoned commercial or industrial area adjacent to the primary system is acceptable for outdoor advertising purposes to the extent it is lawfully enacted by the local governmental unit and it is within one mile of an incorporated municipality or within one mile of a commercial or industrial activity.Source: SL 1986, ch 240, § 10.
